Kickboxing and Fitness – Adults

SILVERMERE FITNESS CLUB

  • Monday and Wednesday Evenings 7.00pm – 8.00pm.
  • For Male and Females aged 16 and over.

1st class is half price, then monthly payments or pay as you go are then available, details upon request.

The classes work on obtaining a reasonable level of fitness and flexibility and additionally learning correct techniques for kickboxing.  Student who attain a suitable level can go up to the Kickboxing club, if they want.

Students in these classes can take belt gradings throughout the year to test the skills and techniques they have learnt.

WALTON KICKBOXING CLUB

  • Tuesday and Thursday evening 8.15pm – 9.30pm and Saturdays 11-12pm – Boxing Sparring, Kickboxers welcome.
  • For Male and Females aged 16 and over.

1st class is free, then monthly payments or pay as you go are then available, details upon request.

The classes work on fitness, flexibility and technique and each session has a different work-out theme and works on different aspects of fitness and kickboxing skills, with free sparring in the ring available at many sessions  – this is all done at an advanced level.

Gradings

Students in these classes can take belt gradings throughout the year to test the skills and technique and if they want, they can compete at various competitions to test themselves even further. See Grading Page for more information.
